My name is Steve Lightspeed. I'm the founder and CEO of Lightspeed Media, a Tempe AZ-based internet production and marketing company. You can learn more about me and my company here.
We have been in business since 1999, and have photographed over 600 amateur models now. We pride ourselves on our reputation and professionalism! We currently operate 35 very popular adult websites, including LightspeedGirls.com, TawneeStone.com, JordanCapri.com, TaylorLittle.com, and many more. In fact, we have had so much success with those, that we are now ready to increase our production to as many as 5 new sites every few months. But instead of recruiting experienced models from talent agencies and other websites, we are interested to meet and work with brand new models. The appeal of many of our sites is that we feature real "girl-next-door"-type models who have fun personalities that our audiences can fall in love with over the internet! These girls are known on the internet as "The Lightspeed Girls".
That's where hopefully you come in!
We are looking for petite women (under 125 pounds, under 5'6") aged 18-23, with natural beauty (limited tattoos and piercings, natural breasts) and great personalities! Does that describe you? We have both short term and long term contract positions available, for non-nude, nude, and erotic modeling, similar to what you can find on the above mentioned websites.
Our compensation package is very competitive, and includes travel and meal expenses and up to $700/day, paid daily. We shoot our content in sunny Tempe AZ, and our out-of-town models stay together in a private, nicely furnished 3-bedroom house with a large private backyard and pool.

Hair color, style, and length
Bust, waist, hips, and shoe measurements
Description of your complexion
Description of any tattoos or piercings
Description of any birthmarks, scars, stretchmarks, or other skin conditions
We'll also ask what type of experience you have (if any), and what your ideal arrangement would be. We strive to be as accomodating as possible! Also please have 5 recent sample photos of yourself, including a close-up face shot (smiling with teeth showing), a full front standing, full back standing, right profile standing, left profile standing. (Full nude is preferred, but bikini is acceptable as well.) These pictures WILL NOT BE USED ANYWHERE accept for our evaluation of your modeling potential for us.
